ASSEMBLY
Our assembly people are capable of simply attaching a nut onto a bolt or mating several components into a kit as a pre-assembly. All data for the contents of the assembly can be recorded in an electronic database and forwarded real-time to you or your customer.
GRINDING
Minor burrs, trim-flash or shallow surface cracks that do not impact functionality can be ground out efficiently.
REWORK
Surface rust can be blasted out using varied media such as glass beads or steel shot and grit. Rust can also be chemically removed and recoated with a rust preventative.
